I welcome you to the School of Pharmacy, University of Health and Allied Sciences. 

The School of Pharmacy (SOP) started in 2016 with the six-year Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) undergraduate programe, and has so far made great strides and recorded wonderful achievements. The School has helped the University to attract and retain diverse and excellent students and also helped the University to remain student-focused and promote student success by providing high-quality pharmacy education and research by using modern pedagogical approaches, technology, innovation, while focusing on building the knowledge and skills of students to solve problems and make them highly qualified pharmacists, scientists and educators for community service. 

The School encourages collaborative research between departments in and outside the School in the areas of drug discovery and development, drug quality and safety, drug therapy optimization and drug outcomes, just to mention a few. The School has since 2024 introduced graduate programmes.
