Institute quality assurance measures to ensure good governance
Develop and implement clear policies and procedures to guide professional, transparent, and ethical practices in the delivery of the duties of academic and administrative staff as well as students.

Indicators
All faculty especially new recruits undertake annual continuous professional development (CPD) workshop on teaching, research, and university processes and procedures.
The role of academic departments of the school are clearly defined to contribute to the overall mission of the school
Annual meeting of all SOP staff to review and evaluate progress towards the implementation of the strategic plan
All academic tutors and mentors actively engage their students and report all relevant student welfare/social issues at the school level where necessary
Constitution of a quality assurance sub-committee by the end of 2022, to review and maintain quality assurance processes in SOP
