Priorities
Invite the inputs of all stakeholders (funding agencies, the Pharmacy Council of Ghana, Ghana College of Pharmacists, Ghana Education Service, Ghana Tertiary Education Commission, Ministry of Health, Ghana Health Service and other health facilities our students train in, other schools of pharmacy in Ghana, traditional leaders, and political leaders) towards achieving the vision and goals of the School
Encourage healthy and productive interactions with and among stakeholders
Engage with government institutions and funding agencies to obtain financial and infrastructural support
Ensure active involvement of alumni and other stakeholders
Target
Effective, regular, and timely interactions with stakeholders to ensure that the School performs its responsibilities and that all indicators of growth, concerning teaching, learning, research, and community service, are equally attended to

Representation of stakeholders in decision making and during various activities in the School
Some representation of the School or its faculty in institutions, programmes, and activities run by external stakeholders
Written engagements and memoranda of understanding with stakeholders to guide and ensure the achievement of mutual objectives
Dedicated interactions among stakeholders to build solidarity
Evaluate stakeholder satisfaction with engagements, services, and facilities
SOP leads and supports the formation of an alumni association/network after graduating our first batch of students in 2022
