This document is a 5-year strategic plan for the School of Pharmacy, University of Health and Allied Sciences. This strategic plan details our overarching objectives; those that extend beyond our current endeavours and create new opportunities for faculty, students, alumni, and other stakeholders of the School. The plan outlines the new initiatives into which we expect to allocate time, energy, and effort to leverage our available resources and fulfil our full potential as a world-class School of Pharmacy.

It is not intended as an exhaustive inventory of what we will do in the next five years. However, it is expected that these measures will improve the visibility of the School and this, in turn, will attract highly qualified students and staff. The School will, in effect, be able to contribute to the task of nation-building much more effectively.

To educate and empower individuals to become highly qualified pharmacists, scientists, and educators for community service to improve health and quality of life

The School of Pharmacy shares the same values and ethos as the University; Excellence, Innovation, Integrity and Service and Care.  These values and ethos are enshrined in our beliefs and underpin our behaviour and conduct.
